About TCVB & Texarkana The Texarkana Convention and Visitors Bureau, TCVB,  is  a private entity operated by experienced hotel and tourism professionals and is not financed or funded by any tax at any form.    TCVB is dedicated to promoting tourism in Texarkana and its surrounding areas.  Texarkana is nestled in two States of Texas and Arkansas in an area known as Four States. Texarkana is approximately one hour from Oklahoma at North and Louisiana at South. Texarkana is the site for the only Federal Building sitting on the Stateline shared by two great States of Texas and Arkansas.
